For lack of anything better to blog about today, why don't I give you a recipe? It is soooo easy. This is has become our VERY favorite salad and the whole family (except John, who is a meat and potatoes kind of guy) loves it.
1 bag Italian style lettuce
1/2 box seasoned croutons (sometimes I make my own, but this cuts down on the quick and easy)
1/2 red onion, sliced very thin
1 can black olives, sliced
parmesan cheese to taste (I use fresh grated, but you don't have to)
1 packet Good Seasons Italian dressing (made to package directions)
(Sometimes I also add banana peppers, but this is personal preference)
Mix it all up and this is The.Best.Salad.Ever.
And I have to add a very happy birthday wish to my Mom - Love you!
